I manage all scheduling through an online platform called Simple Practice, as I don’t have a receptionist. This system automates appointment confirmations and sends reminders 24 hours in advance. If you don’t receive both a confirmation email and a reminder, your appointment isn’t fully booked. Simple Practice also offers the option to receive text reminders instead of emails.
